My dogs just loved these treats. Some might say the price is high but if you have ever shopped for high quality food for yourself or your companion animals, you know that ingredients are costly without even adding in the cost of time and labor. The treats do need refrigeration so they are not quite as convenient as being able to store them on the counter, but once again, that is the non-monetary cost of a quality product. These goodies would make a wonderful treat for your own furkids or as a gift for others.

It's too bad this product's photo is not much of an attention getter. Just the shipping box made my dog go nuts. A lot of jerky products are from China and many are irradiated to stop mold and bacteria. This is an all organic chicken jerky with some added sweet potato, parsley, carrot. The company says it is made in small batches to keep the product at its best. I have a very small dog. I have been frustrated with some other jerky products because they are as hard as tree bark and I can't break them easily into small treat size. These break apart very nicely. Caymus also make an all organic biscuit and fish jerky too. The best testament, however, is how excited my dog gets - he doesn't like a lot of treats that are on the market, but he will throw every trick he knows at me just to get a tiny piece of these!
